Sierra Sousa

Sierra Sousa joined The Sobrato Organization in 2016 as a member of the Commercial Property Management team. In 2019, she changed teams and became a Development Associate. As a Development Associate, Sierra supports the Vice Presidents of Development and Development Managers with financial analysis, reporting, leasing, design and entitlement, and construction management.

Sierra earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Loyola Marymount University in 2015 and is currently an MBA candidate at Santa Clara University slated for graduation in 2021.
