Kayla Wells currently serves as the Philanthropy Partner for the Silicon Valley Program, where she plays a vital role in supporting Sobrato Centers for Nonprofits (SCNP) programming. Acting as the on-site liaison for tenants, visitors, and various community organizations, Kayla facilitates seamless operations and fosters partnerships to promote economic mobility and a strong sense of community in Redwood City and North Fair Oaks.

Prior to her current role, Kayla served as the Director of Operations at Conscious Compass LLC, a women's business coaching company. Simultaneously, she operated her own consulting firm, specializing in assisting small business entrepreneurs in implementing strategic systems to scale their operations effectively.

Before her ventures in the business realm, Kayla served as the Program Director of Immersions at Santa Clara University's Ignatian Center for Jesuit Education. In this capacity, she led immersive experiences, locally and globally, aimed at broadening participants' perspectives, fostering solidarity with marginalized communities, and guiding vocational discernment through firsthand encounters with social injustices.

Kayla is an alumna of Santa Clara University and holds a degree from Gonzaga University, Class of 2022.
