Katherine Little
Director of Family Services
Katherine Little is the Director of Family Philanthropy Services at Sobrato Philanthropies (SP), where she oversees individual and collaborative grantmaking efforts across family entities. With a diverse background spanning philanthropy, corporate environments, startups, and family offices, Katherine brings extensive experience in global philanthropy and social impact initiatives.
Before joining SP, Katherine served as Executive Vice President and interim CEO at Align Social Impact, guiding impact strategy, partnerships, philanthropy, and program management. Prior roles include leading corporate impact initiatives at Salesforce and managing Adobe's global community philanthropy fund.
Katherine is a board member and former Board Chair at San Francisco Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children (CASA). She holds dual BAs in Economics and History from UC Berkeley and an MPA in Development Practice from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs. Based in San Francisco, Katherine enjoys spending time with her family.
