Kaitlyn Poncetta

Kaitlyn Poncetta plays a key role in supporting the development team by guiding projects from entitlement through construction. She collaborates closely with consultants on design and leads the financial analysis to ensure project viability and success.

Before joining TSO, Kaitlyn served as a Senior Appraiser at Frazier Capital. She earned her degree in Business Administration from Cal Poly – San Luis Obispo, with a concentration in Real Estate Finance and a minor in Real Estate Property Development.

A member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Kaitlyn was born and raised in the Bay Area. She enjoys exploring new hobbies—ranging from ceramics and fly fishing to attending festivals and discovering great food.
