Julie Anderson

Julie Anderson brings over 15 years of experience in multifamily real estate, with expertise in asset management, operations, and client relations. Before joining The Sobrato Organization, Julie held key roles at CIM Group and Greystar, where she led lease-ups, capital projects, acquisitions, and built high-performing, cross-regional teams.

As an Asset Manager at TSO, Julie oversees a diverse portfolio of market-rate and affordable multifamily properties across the West Coast. She works to align strategy with ownership goals, leads repositioning efforts, conducts financial and hold/sell analyses, and supports development through market research and feasibility planning.

Julie holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a minor in Business Administration, from Texas State University. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and running with her dogs, as well as watching basketball.
