Elizabeth Meadows

Elizabeth Meadows is the Vice President of Multifamily Asset Management at The Sobrato Organization, where she oversees a residential portfolio of more than 7,200 Class A units across the West Coast. She leads the Asset Management team, driving property performance and value creation through strategic initiatives, capital planning, and rigorous oversight of third-party management. Elizabeth also directs the multifamily acquisition, disposition, and financing strategies, ensuring seamless execution across all transactions.

In addition to her core responsibilities, Elizabeth plays a key role in Sobrato’s Housing Security Initiative. She collaborates with the Philanthropy and Capital teams to expand and preserve affordable housing in the Bay Area. Under her leadership, the team has acquired over 360 units of naturally occurring affordable housing, with continued growth underway.

Before joining TSO, Elizabeth served as a Senior Regional Manager at Essex Property Trust. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana State University.
