Chase Lyman

As Vice President in charge of our commercial portfolio, Chase Lyman serves as the chief liaison between our tenants and the brokerage community. He negotiates all contractual agreements between The Sobrato Organization and its tenants, and manages the listing and marketing of all our commercial properties. Chase is also responsible for the renovation and rehabilitation of our company’s commercial buildings, acquisition and disposition of commercial property, participating in the planning and execution of development projects, and all business development and tenant/broker relations. 

For seven years prior to joining Sobrato, Chase was a member of Newmark Knight Frank’s Palo Alto office, and represented several major landlords and tenants in the area. Raised in Los Altos, Chase has a strong knowledge of the Peninsula market. 

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in American Studies with an emphasis in Urban Land Development from the University of California, Berkeley.
