Caroline Layden serves as Senior Development Manager at TSO, focusing on entitlement, financial analysis, design, construction oversight, and feasibility analysis for potential development projects and value-add acquisitions. Prior to joining TSO, she was a development manager at Quarterra Multifamily Communities focusing on multifamily developments across Northern California, a project manager at CBRE, and a project engineer at Build Group.
Caroline holds a master’s degree in real estate development from the University of California, Berkeley, and a bachelor’s degree in science from the University of Virginia. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute and Berkeley Real Estate Alumni Association.
