Kiera Hegarty

Kiera Hegarty is an Asset and Portfolio Management Associate at The Sobrato Organization, where she supports portfolio and asset management activities across the real estate portfolio. In her role, she conducts financial analysis to evaluate portfolio performance and returns, assists with acquisitions and refinancings, and contributes to the annual asset evaluation process. She also partners with commercial and asset management teams on business planning, annual budgeting, and leasing initiatives.

Prior to joining The Sobrato Organization, Kiera worked at Eastdil Secured, a global real estate investment banking and brokerage firm. She began her career as an analyst and later advanced to associate, specializing in hospitality investment sales and advising clients on complex real estate transactions.

Kiera earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business, where she majored in Finance and minored in Real Estate. She graduated summa cum laude and holds a California Department of Real Estate (DRE) license. She is also ARGUS Certified, demonstrating expertise in the industry-standard software used for commercial real estate valuation and analysis.

Originally from Pleasanton, California, Kiera enjoys staying active outdoors. She also enjoys playing Spikeball, cooking, hosting meals for friends and family, and traveling. Following a recent trip to Europe, she developed a particular appreciation for Paris and looks forward to future adventures abroad.
