The Sobrato Organization Buys 78-Unit Park Metro Apartments in Bellevue for $33MM
An apartment complex in Bellevue has traded hands. According to King County public records, the buyer was an entity affiliated with The Sobrato Organization, and the seller was a San Francisco-based entity. The sales price was $33 million, or about $423,076 per unit.
Located at 11101 NE 12th St., the property, known as Park Metro Apartments, spans 78 units. According to Apartments.com, it offers studios, one- and two-bedroom units. Features include a fitness center, roof terrace and grill area. The structure was built in 2014.
Institutional Property Advisors’ Giovanni Napoli, Philip Assouad, Ryan Harmon, Nick Ruggiero and Anthony Palladino were the brokers on the sale.
