Rosanna Dong

Rosanna is an Associate on Sobrato’s Multi-Family Asset Management team, where she supports the asset management of the existing portfolio and focuses on sourcing and underwriting new acquisition opportunities along the West Coast.

Prior to joining Sobrato, Rosanna was an Investment Associate at Mosser Capital, where she oversaw a portfolio of multi-family properties across the Bay Area and Los Angeles. She also underwrote a diverse range of deals, from single-asset transactions to large portfolio acquisitions of Class A to C properties throughout California.

Rosanna graduated from the University of Southern California. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, skiing, camping and pickleball.
