Puaolena Randall currently holds the position of Philanthropy Partner within the Silicon Valley team for The Sobrato Organization (TSO). In this role, she supports key aspects of Sobrato Centers for Nonprofits (SCNP) programming and operations, serving as on-site liaison at the front desk for tenants, visitors, and a multitude of community organizations. She also plays a key role in space activation, community engagement and communication, and supports the Strengthening Communities team.
Previously, Puaolena served as the Site Manager for SCNP San Jose and as part of the property management team, supporting SCNP programming and serving as on-site liaison for tenants, vendors, and over 35 community organizations, conference center users, and visitors. Prior to joining The Sobrato Organization, Puaolena worked as the Accounts Payable Administrator for Unity Care Group, a tenant grantee, where she handled diverse financial tasks and managed vendor relationships. She also served as Senior Administrative Assistant, providing support to executive leadership and managing internal events.
Born and raised on the Big Island of Hawai'i, Puaolena brings her lived experience as a Native Hawaiian growing up in an extremely socioeconomically under-resourced area as well as her passion for service to the Foundation, with a strong background of voluntarism promoting healthy oceans and reforestation efforts in Hakalau Rainforest and Volcanoes National Park. She is a first-generation college student and successfully graduated with a B.A. in Political Sciense with an emphasis in International Relations from UC San Diego.
