Natalie Baylosis joined The Sobrato Organization in 2017. As the People and Operations Coordinator, she helps to oversee day-to-day office operations as well as overall office safety. Her responsibilities include healthcare benefits, office management, office safety and security, employee engagement events, and IT support. Prior to TSO, Natalie worked in the nonprofit sector supporting the American Red Cross as an AmeriCorps member.
She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Health from Whittier College. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Emergency Management and is slated for graduation in 2021.
