Community Impact

By the close of the program in January 2013, the Affordable Housing Fund had committed more than $18.1 million in the form of 54 loans to 50 projects—resulting in 3,890 units of affordable housing. An additional $9 million was leveraged through the Housing Trust, other foundations, and a pool of private and public sources, magnifying the Fund’s community impact.

These loans helped support the creation or preservation of the following projects.
