Sobrato Family Foundation team members, along with TSO’s executive, development, property management, residential, construction, and accounting & administration employees are invited to participate in the firm’s matching gift program. In support of its employees’ philanthropic efforts, The Sobrato Organization matches contributions to eligible 501(c)(3) designated charities that provide services in the 9 county Bay Area. Each gift of at least $50 can be triples, up to a calendar-year total of $10,000 for full-time and $5,000 for part-time employees.


Corporate-match grants are made to a cross section of Bay Area agencies, ranging from preschool through university educational institutions, food banks, and environmental organizations, to public media, health care providers, and job training organizations.
