Michael Field

As director in charge of our commercial portfolio, Mr. Field serves as the chief liaison between our tenants and the brokerage community. He drafts and negotiates all contractual agreements between The Sobrato Organization and its tenants, and manages the listing and marketing of all our commercial properties. Mr. Field is also responsible for the renovation and rehabilitation of our company’s commercial buildings and market-ready projects, and participates in the planning and execution of development projects, as well as in the acquisition and disposition of property.  Prior to joining Sobrato, Mr. Field worked in the Palo Alto office of Cornish & Carey, a prominent regional real estate broker serving Silicon Valley where he was awarded the “Rookie of the Year” award. He began his career with Robert Wheatley Properties in Palo Alto, where he assisted with property management, building renovations and tenant negotiations. Mr. Field holds a B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University-Idaho.
