Kathleen Williams

Ms. Williams has been with The Sobrato Organization since 1998 and has more than 24 years of real estate experience. Before joining Sobrato, she served as Vice President of Glenborough Realty Trust Incorporated, a diversified REIT where she managed a portfolio of 13,000 apartments. Ms. Williams sits on the boards of the California Apartment Association, the Tri-County Division of California Apartment Association and the Housing Industry Foundation. She also shares her expertise as an industry speaker and instructor for professional designation classes. Ms. Williams holds a B.A. in Communications from North Texas State University.
